Larger than life and truly irreplaceable. A true leader, a loyal friend, and a colourful character. I can only imagine how large you must have loomed in the fire department. I would have followed you anywhere. Whilst our hearts are breaking and tears fill our eyes, despite all this, it still remains impossible not to look back and laugh at some of your quips.
